INFORMATION FOR NEW PATIENTS

What to Expect
At Midlothian Medical and Sports Center, the initial visit is a diagnostic appointment designed to determine if we can assist you with your injury. During this visit, we will gather X-rays and perform an orthopedic exam. Our medical team will then convene to discuss your case. We do not initiate treatment on the first visit, as it is solely for diagnosis and to determine if you are a candidate for treatment. If you are eligible, treatment can begin as early as the second appointment, with a personalized treatment plan created by our medical team to address your injury and alleviate your pain.

Frequently Asked Question

F.A.Q

What is regenerative medicine?
Regenerative medicine is a branch of medicine that focuses on using the body's own natural healing processes to repair, replace, or regenerate damaged tissues or organs.
How does regenerative medicine differ from traditional medical treatments?
Unlike traditional medical treatments that often focus on managing symptoms, regenerative medicine aims to address the root cause of the condition or injury by promoting the body's natural healing mechanisms and regenerating damaged tissues.
What conditions or injuries can be treated with regenerative medicine?
Regenerative medicine has been shown to be effective in treating a wide range of conditions and injuries, including musculoskeletal injuries, joint pain, ligament and tendon injuries, osteoarthritis, sports injuries, and more.
What if my insurance requires a referral?
Some insurance plans require a referral from your primary care doctor. This will need to be sent to our office before your scheduled appointment. Since there are various types of plans, we recommend contacting your insurance company prior if you have any questions or concerns.
What are the payment options?
At Midlothian Medical & Sports Center we accept most insurance plans. In addition, we accept cash, credit cards, checks and Care Credit.
What are the different types of regenerative medicine therapies offered at your center?
Chiropractic care is generally safe during pregnancy, but we suggest you check with your OB/GYN before scheduling an appointment. Many patients find that chiropractic treatments help alleviate the aches commonly associated with pregnancy.
Are regenerative medicine treatments safe and effective?
Yes, regenerative medicine treatments are generally considered safe and effective when performed by qualified and experienced medical professionals. However, as with any medical procedure, there are risks and potential side effects that will be thoroughly discussed during your consultation.
What sets your regenerative medical and sports center apart from other clinics?
Our regenerative medical and sports center takes pride in offering personalized and comprehensive care tailored to each patient's unique needs. Our experienced team of medical professionals, state-of-the-art facilities, and innovative regenerative medicine treatments set us apart as a leader in the field.
